My wife and I just completed the sale of our home in Plumas Lake with Douglas. Working with North American is easy and Douglas is able to use the up to data programs to sign all the documents. I saved anywhere from one and a half to two percent, minimum gain to my pocket in realtor fees was 3000 to six thousand dollars working with Douglas. Why would anyone pay more for a full service realtor.
The only way to go. The folks at NAR saved me a bundle. I couldn't have asked for more in the way of advice, service, knowledge and professionalism.
