Initially I had a fixed price that was the best in the area, then at some point it went up. Did they notify me? Did they contact me to sign up for another lower priced program? Not even once. This company is only interested in getting you signed up and then hopes you don't catch the increase in price. I found that they were charging me DOUBLE the going rate for electric service.
