Donna Trimarco is awesome. Caring, knowledgable, and down-to-earth. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and this practice for even longer. It would just be nice to have the stability of years ago, but things are always changing with this practice. The staff - fantastic, now that a certain rude, angry, hostile individual is gone. I appreciate that the staff listened to the patients' concerns. Speak up. Sometimes you're heard. As I stated, the present staff is great.
How dare you people bill insurance companies!!! and you have no right to bill insurance companies and not give our meds shame on you syosset. You have noooo compassion for people in pain. I’m taking this further to let people know you fraudulent scamming the insurance companies!!!!! Wake up insurance companies they are robbing the insurance market lol
I have been a patient for about 8 years now. (Since they were in Franklin General Hospital) 1st with Dr Ruesseau now Dr Stamatos. Both wonderful doctors!! When my previous pain mgmt Dr retired after 12 yrs I tried at least 5 different practices until I found them & i'm so thankful I did. They are both caring doctors & truly understand pain and the management of pain. Down to earth with great bedside manner. The office staff is really good as well. I followed the very good Dr R. Rousseau to the Syosset Hospital. One visit i was told my Dr. Wasn't available, and I would be seen by Donna Trimarco. Month after month same story. Then I learned my Dr. Was no longer there with the office hiding this fact. SUDDENLY Donna trimarco refused further medication with out urine test. No communication from her directly and the day she blocked my pain meds was the day of refill. For almost 2 weeks she never called even though I have given my urine test.
