Sadly, patients do not have a choice when it comes to anesthesiologists. My anesthesiologist, Dr Valigorsky, said hello before the colonoscopy, but it was an assistant that applied the anesthesia and that was actually with me during the procedure. Where was the Dr? Also, billing coding was screwed up, and their Billing department is an absolute nightmare! One star for a prepaid $915 charge for maybe 45 minutes of Anesthesia? And immediately felt pain upon awakening from surgery. Never had that happen before, and the Anesthesiologist thought I was there due to “Cancer?” Absolutely NOTHING to do with that!! The gal I spoke with to make full payment on the phone probably was either fairly new or needs more training. I also did not receive an PAID invoice via email-the only thing I received was an empty email. I responded to that email and still have heard NOTHING.

A major error occurred that nearly cost me everything. There has been zero acceptable follow-up or accountability for this level of care. Do not trust this provider.

If I could give them zero stars, you know I would. They did not copy and paste paperwork correctly. I never received a bill until they began the process to send me to collections. I get the paper from whoever they hire; it takes forever to get someone to answer in customer service, and it turns out they put down the wrong mailing address for the bills. No attempt to call or email until I get a hold of them to see what is up with this, because I was gearing up with a lawyer. After I gave them my correct mailing address, all o... read more
