A major error occurred that nearly cost me everything. There has been zero acceptable follow-up or accountability for this level of care. Do not trust this provider.
If I could give them zero stars, you know I would. They did not copy and paste paperwork correctly. I never received a bill until they began the process to send me to collections. I get the paper from whoever they hire; it takes forever to get someone to answer in customer service, and it turns out they put down the wrong mailing address for the bills. My experience having a knee replacement with a spinal and blocking the knee was the worse anesthesia I have ever had! The doctor was unprofessional in his appearance and demeanor. He did not communicate, entered the cubicle where I was with a tray on wheels and a container and began to fill the syringes in front of me. Then he wheeled a chair over to my left side and reached over to my right leg (which was having surgery) and proceeded to put a needle into my leg to block it without speaking, it was very uncomfortable, next ... read more
They sent me a bill 13 months after my surgery for $700. I called my insurance and the price they actually were supposed to bill me was $250. Scam artists, they belong in jail but of course they can do this type of fraud with no repercussions
