One star for a prepaid $915 charge for maybe 45 minutes of Anesthesia? And immediately felt pain upon awakening from surgery. Never had that happen before, and the Anesthesiologist thought I was there due to “Cancer?” Absolutely NOTHING to do with that!! The gal I spoke with to make full payment on the phone probably was either fairly new or needs more training. I also did not receive an PAID invoice via email-the only thing I received was an empty email. I responded to that email and still have heard NOTHING.
A major error occurred that nearly cost me everything. There has been zero acceptable follow-up or accountability for this level of care. Do not trust this provider.
If I could give them zero stars, you know I would. They did not copy and paste paperwork correctly. I never received a bill until they began the process to send me to collections. I get the paper from whoever they hire; it takes forever to get someone to answer in customer service, and it turns out they put down the wrong mailing address for the bills. My experience having a knee replacement with a spinal and blocking the knee was the worse anesthesia I have ever had! The doctor was unprofessional in his appearance and demeanor. He did not communicate, entered the cubicle where I was with a tray on wheels and a container and began to fill the syringes in front of me.
