You cannot give people just 24 hours to find a possible new home for themselves or their pets. It isn't legal in any state. I suggest the tenants contact a lawyer asap. You do have renter's rights. Use them and don't let the manager/owner get away with this. It is total BS.
It is completely unrealistic to advertise yourself as a nondiscriminating mobilehome court, when you then go on to list exactly who you are discriminating against. The gentlest, sweetest dog I ever owned was a Rottweiler that I rescued. In all the years I had him in my family, he never barked, left his yard, or met a stranger he didn't love. Breed banning is wrong! Discrimination at its finest! 24 hours to get rid of a beloved family member? I hope they get lawyers and/or find a better more accepting place to live.
You cannot reasonably expect people to get rid of their family member, or move in 24 hours. My guess is that this is against the law for landlords and I hope someone is pursuing legal redress against this company
Don't see u actually banning the aggressive dogs. No chihuahuas on that list the dog that ranks in the top 5 of being most aggressive. This is a terrible place go else where.

This is absolutely horrible. Horrible to the families, horrible to the breed pit bulls... As far as I'm concerned you are no better than the backyard breeders that have no regards for the poor animal and you add more to the all ready over populated shelters by doing what you're doing to the innocent animals. You should be a shamed of yourself. I hope these families get together and form a bond and do something about this together against your association. So wrong.
