The girls in the front desk are always gossiping. Talking about personal lives. They have signs saying something about you don’t know what others go through and yet they seem to have no respect for that. I waited for my kid to finish his therapy and i can hear phones ringing as they continued to just talk and talk. Maybe thats why i cant get a hold of them when i call for an appointment or i get the voicemail at times.
For a first time visit meeting it led to a plan to try. The efficiency was great.
