One of worst company to rent any apartment. They are charging thousand of dollars without any reasons. Even the apartment is clean they will still charge you.
They don’t deserve good tenants. Left the house cleaner than it was found. Got charged for things that were there prior to moving in. Not to mention the lies they made up on the damage deposit return. They are also horrible to deal with the woman who works the desk is an absolute nightmare. So ignorant. They are cons! do not rent from them. Id give them zero stars if I could.
Normally I don't write reviews but I feel that its my responsibility to warn future tenants about these guys. I am living in the property called "The HighLands". This property is located at 96 Avenue. They will promise you the snow removal but they will never clean snow from the parking. Their staff in office is rude and ridiculous. I am their tenant now and I am not afraid of writing bad reviews because they are extremely unprofessional. Also they will never help you with any maintenance work. one of the worst property management. they will rip off your security deposit and will not give you even a single dollar back. Rude staff,i am not sure,are they trained to be that arrogant.
