my apartment has black mold and mildew everywhere. They don't care at all. My carpet was very old(the original) and it was infested with carpet beetles and it took 16 yrs to get a new one! All in all, they're pretty good about sending maintenance when something isn't working. Only problem is that none of them know what they are doing! Except for Gary!
Looking to move. Our air has went out 8 times since I have lived here. Every time we call the woman is rude and NEVER tells anyone to come fix it. I have to call and call and call every time. And I have 4 kids .
