I got my second car from North American Imports and the service was absolutely incredible. The salesman asked me a couple of questions and after about an hour or so I drove off the lot with my new car. The staff was so very friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you everyone who made this experience one to remember. (:
Customer service was great for me. My husband did all the leg work. All I had to do was sign the papers. Michael was very nice and patient with my small kids. North American Imports made this the best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time.

My sales person was Robert Walker Jr "preacher man". From beginning to end he was most professional and my sale went through smoothly considering some fine tuning I needed to do. The only issue I had was after having my vehicle for 1 month, I had to place 4 new tires on the pricey vehicle. Didn't expect that because I place a large down payment on this vehicle. I'm ok though.
