I contacted this office twice in one week for an appointment and was told both times by Maureen that they were extremely busy and couldn’t schedule me at that time. I was promised a call back both times, the last time stating that they didn’t have patients on Fridays and I’d be called then to schedule. I never received that call back. It’s unfortunate because I’ve heard amazing things about Kathleena and I was excited to start treating with her.
