Companies like North American Development Group are the reason why the hard working middle class has to move out of Boca Raton. They bought hundreds of acres in Boca in different areas and built cheap cookie cutter homes. Then, instead of selling these homes where they would still make some profit, they chose to rent these homes for ridiculous prices. I hope the people of Boca stand together and none of these new homes get rented, forcing NADG to sell these homes.
