My mother passed away from Pancreatic cancer February 3, 2019. It's now October 15, 2019 and this company still giving me the run around. Everytime I call it's always something new. I'm done with there stalling tactics. I will be getting a lawyer.

Savannah did a great job quickly handling my issue. My only complaint would not be with her but with the amount of time I spent in the queue waiting to get to talk with a representative.

She was extremely patient, positive, and helpful with my request and stayed on the telephone with me until all my questions were answered to full satisfaction. This company is fantastic. I spoke with a young lady today thinking that my policy was about to expire. Her name was Dodi employee identifier ABC. She was fabulous. She was so patient and she explained that in fact my premium was not due until next month. She had such a thorough understanding of my policy and she went over my annual report and explained what was being indicated under each section. Do not purchase life insurance with this company! My husband had a life insurance policy with them and a died a year ago and they use stalling tactics to avoid paying out.
