After wanting a lift for my garage for almost forever .. I finally bought one. It fit in the garage just the way I planned it clears the doors I can open it with a car on the lift it is just perfect ! I'm giving 5 stars just on my experience with my purchase and pick up as of now. I haven't installed my new lift yet so I can't comment on that yet. Christie was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and the sale was very easy. I received a great price and decided to pick up myself. Pick up was a breeze. Christie loaded the lift on my trailer and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Wonderful experience so far.
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Rick today. I ordered my lift on Tuesday and it was set up in my garage Friday morning. You can't ask for better! The lift is of high quality, everything went together very smooth, and I couldn't be happier. It's obvious Rick has done a few of these. More time was spent unloading and preparing than actually assembling. Well done and thanks again....Henry I can't figure out how to get pics up, but it looks nice.
my tuxedo lift is only 3years old and has already failed. very little use but now useless. no help from any of these people . been trying to get something done since may .
These guys are AMAZING!!! I walked in, told them my issue and they got "Phantom Motor Works" lift up and running so we had no down time!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
