Been a customer for 8+ years. Picked up ATV last Friday. Gas hose not tightened, overflow hose not attached, air cleaner hose not attached and battery cables laying on my engine block. Waited over 6 weeks for repair..which I was OK with. Left two voice messages about things NOT DONE when I picked it up and ran the machine....no returned call from either message. Guess my business means very little.
