I asked to get curls done, which is all i wanted, lady says that cutting my hair a little in 2 layers will make the curls easier and look nicer. I say okay, to make it easier on her. She cuts my hair, tells me she doesnt have time to curl it (the ONLY thing i was there for), charges me for the haircut and tells me to go curl it myself at home, and that it should be easier now that its cut.
