My house was struck by lightening back in early November when a storm passed through the area. I lost a lot of equipment - TVs, DVD players, DirecTV receivers, phone and home alarm system, Heat/AC units, and my desktop computer. Jim helped me find out what was wrong with my computer (hard drive fried) and immediately went to work to get my parts ordered for my replacement. Sprawled on top of my desk in a fetal position, we called Jim Farrell with North Alabama Technical Services because our printer kept vacating the network. Most of the time, my eyes glaze over talking to computer gurus who who tell me how stupid I am because I didn't know the dooey-thing and the thingamajig must interface in order to boil water. I work for a small business where I often have to be the IT department, even when I don't know what I am doing. I didn't. Jim at North Alabama Technical Services corrected what I had "fixed." I first called another company for help. They charged me more and didn't fix the problem. Jim came the day I called and got us back up and working, all for a reasonable price. He even called back the next day to be sure everything was still working right. You can't beat NATS for fast, friendly service and superior customer service!

I am clumsy, tripped with my ASUS netbook and crashed my screen on my 7 inch netbook. All I had to do is call North Alabama Technical Services and Jim was right on it. Now my netbook computer is working great. Its as if the whole horrible crash had never happened. I will not hesitate to call NATS for any of my computer needs. Fast, friendly, and the work is excellent!!!!
