Impossible to get an appointment with a Civil Surgeon and just flat out terrible customer service. I'll start off by saying that I was beyond patient when dealing with these people. Over the course of three weeks. I have called repeatedly to schedule an appointment with a Civil Surgeon that they have on site. To start off. The lady who answered the phone, which was the same person who answered all but one of my phone calls would repeatedly transfer my call to another line that didn't answer even once. awful customer service. on hold for 10 mins, when they picked up to ask what was needed they hung up after telling them what we were calling for. called back again, placed on hold. called back to tell them they have terrible customer service and they hung up THEN they called the number back and hung up when i answered. would love to have talked to someone about it instead of post a review but that didn’t work.

Dr. Koneru is amazing and they staff is friendly and competent!!!
We had a very pleasant visit. The staff was kind and I appreciate the doctor’s insight and willingness to listen.
