I went in because I was sick. I was told I had a bacterial infection. He was to call in antibiotics. It never happened. As a result, I got sicker and very weak. I don't know if it was his fault or the staff, but I do know all this could have been avoided if I had just got my antibiotics. When I tried to call back, of course, they were closed! My advice, don't do it. They will not get anymore insurance money from my plan! Too many better doctors out there!
Dr. Koneru is an amazing doctor and the staff is super friendly, BUT they are way understaffed and it's hard to get things done between appointments.

Impossible to get an appointment with a Civil Surgeon and just flat out terrible customer service. I'll start off by saying that I was beyond patient when dealing with these people. Over the course of three weeks. I have called repeatedly to schedule an appointment with a Civil Surgeon that they have on site. To start off. awful customer service. on hold for 10 mins, when they picked up to ask what was needed they hung up after telling them what we were calling for. called back again, placed on hold. called back to tell them they have terrible customer service and they hung up THEN they called the number back and hung up when i answered. would love to have talked to someone about it instead of post a review but that didn’t work.
