They cancelled my appointment last minute due to an office error they had found one year ago. They did not care that I was completely out of the medication that they prescribed me and said that I would have to pay for their office error before they could refill my prescription. This is very unprofessional and has left me without any of the medicines they said that I needed. They have left me in a very bad spot over their own error. They obviously have some staff issues that need to be sorted out and maybe care a little more ... read more
