Said they take walk ins yet turned me and my poor cat away, because 45 min to closing. They don't care about animals or they would have at least tried to help him. Glad I found out before they took my money. Guess they thought I didn't have any.
Today was Jax very first visit. hes 6 weeks old and was treated with excellent care. the tech and vet treated us with so much care!
This was my first visit with my cat. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. My cat was not stressed or afraid and her annual visit was pleasant. Dr. Bonner and his assistants all showed compassion and quality care.
RecommendedWe have been using North Alabama Animal Hospital for our 5 year old chocolate lab for years. They have always been so sweet and Brice enjoys going there rather it’s for a check up or to get a bath. The employees there are so welcoming and friendly. Recently, I got a year old yellow lab from a friend. She was fixed at her original vet before I took over ownership and due to some miscommunication I called North Alabama and they worked me in immediately. They were so gentle and nice to Sadie. RecommendedThey are very knowledgeable and they are very personable. I have had three dogs over the course of 20 years and they are the first vets that have actually gotten on the ground and played with our animals they don’t complain about the Slobber drool or dog hair..simply amazing staff
