They care so much and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable about leaving your pet their! Sweet, sweet people!
Cleo (our pug) have been going here since I have arrived from Japan back in 2014. Great customer service! We tried kenneling for her while out of town and it was a success! No issues whatsoever. They always remind my husband and I of her appointments. Thank you so much. �❤️
First time at this clinic and loved the vet and his assistant. The girls at the front desk were awesome as well. Very clean, nice clientelle, can't think of one bad thing to say.
I took my kitten Dot and Pearl my chihuahua no problems with anything !!! I lov Ronda, and the Dr Simoneax was awesome!!! I got to go back for follow up
Ernie has been with them for over 4 years. I called at 11:30 on a Saturday, Ernie was dying (I was less than 5 minutes away). ......was told sorry, we are closing. You will have to go to Shreveport. Not sure if Ernie's vet is aware of this or not, but if so we don't need you. Ernie died. Yea, he did. And he probably suffered 2 more hours than he needed to because of his vet he trusted. So sad. And yes, I'm very upset. I trusted this place!
The entire staff was very friendly and great with my 85 pound lap dog. They spoiled him and loved on him like he was their own pet. I am so glad we found such an extraordinary place.
