I called and talked to Vigen around 10:30 and he said I can be there between 1 and 3 pm. He showed up at 1 pm was very professional and knowledgeable. I am impressed! Going forward if I need anything I will be calling Vigen. In less than an hour I was up and running!
North Air Inc in Burbank provided great service. Our AC unit stopped working during a major heat wave. Vigen from North Air was able to get to us early in the morning and took care of the issue very quickly, and the AC is running great now. He was very friendly and great to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs AC or HVAC service.
Vigen was super accommodating with his schedule, honest and fair with pricing and a great technician. Everything is working great!

He came over & got the job done quickly & with no upselling or pushiness! He was very friendly & trustworthy, we will definitely use them in the future, we’ll likely need a new compressor in the next year or two. Their prices were fair & he was very straightforward.
