North Air responded quickly to my needs. Very efficient & fixed the problem with my air conditioner
North Air did a great job replacing my two heat pumps outside and fan-coil units inside our house. The physical location made it a difficult project. The houses in our neighborhood are close together. Access was limited. A crane was needed to remove the old heat pumps and locate the new ones. All was expertly done. I am very pleased.
We were referred to Vigen by a friend and we were not disappointed! Vigen was quick to reply and he was able to fix everything that day. He had to leave to go get a part and promptly returned. Even though we wanted the AC fixed asap (given the heat), he did not try to take advantage of us. He was trustworthy and did a great job. He even changed the air filter when he left :) Quality work at a fair price. He pointed out some issues because of our previous AC installers and we have him and his team come out to fix them.
I just had a new variable speed Trane heat pump and condenser installed by North Air. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable with their home visit and estimate and throughout the installation they were prompt, thorough, and made sure that a difficult install due to limited space went smoothly. All my questions were answered and the results after install make me very happy that I chose Trane and North Air. Highly recommend Vigen and his team!
Vigen and his team did a great job installing our new Heat Pump/HVAC system. They finished just in time to get us into our new before Christmas and Vigen even brought over a delicious Armenian meal the next day, knowing that we were too tired to cook. Very knowledgeable and reliable team!
