This is the worst place I have ever dealt with my mother in law in there and when they don’t want her to talk to us they take her phone out of her room and when they do let her talk to us a nurse stands there and listens to what she says to us so she doesn’t tell us the truth about what is going on there. Then they call me and tell me that we have to go there from New York and remove her from there facility drive her back to New York ourselves because it’s not medically appropriate for them to move her to the hospital. There care is terrible and they don’t follow privacy laws so I you want no care for your loved one and everybody know your business before you this is the place to and was told I would get a callback haven’t received one as this isn’t the first time

We are very pleased with the care my father-in-law receives at North Adams Commons. The staff works hard to keep him safe and to provide him with activities he enjoys. They are excellent about keeping us informed of any changes to his medication or schedule. He sometimes can be challenging but they remain patient with him. When we take him out they always greet him warmly when he returns. We’re grateful for all they do.
North Adams Commons is a great community resource where the staff are local and professional. They really care about the residents living there and those who recover and go home.
Some of the staff is mean a poor old lady was cold a guy nurse put her sweatshirt over her head and left it that way she asked me to help her put her arm's through when I go visit a family member the hall's are lit up cause the old people hit there buzzer's for help and no one is helping them they ignore the patients and mistreat them.
My mom was there for a very short time and I have to say all of ladies and gentlemen took great care of mom . she was there twice in her life time I want say thank you so much
Wonderful Place and Staff. Could not of ask for a better place for my Dad to be taking care of.
