After relocating to Wylie, I was hoping to find a great new vet clinic for my 13 year old pup. The entire team at North 78 was organized, thorough, and friendly. The receptionist, Michelle, contacted both of my previous clinics to collect medical records and accommodated a last minute appointment change. The technician, Jessica, was warm and knowledgeable and took great care of us- even brought a blanket to help our old girl be more comfortable. I had a terrible experience at this place and I highly don’t recommend it. I brought my dog in for an estimate to get her teeth fixed and they told me it would be about $800. I didn’t have the money and then when I did finally bring her in, they told me it’d be $2000. I couldn’t afford that so I went to get her and they charged me $40. Just seems wrong to me.
What a fantastic Staff. On September 24, 2025, I unfortunately had the experience of coming upon a cat that had obviously been hit by a car, but was still alive. I rushed the cat to the closest Animal Hospital that I was aware of, the North 78 Pet Hospital. The Staff immediately began evaluating and caring for the cat.
