Living at North 680 was a mixed experience. The biggest downside is how thin the walls are — you can hear your neighbors talking and moving around as if they’re inside your apartment. Parking is another issue; spots are limited, so you’ll often end up walking quite a distance, even in the cold. The overflow parking lot has no lights or cameras, which makes it unsafe — my catalytic converter was stolen there, and when I informed the staff, they didn’t seem to care or take any steps to improve security. North 680 has a few great things going for it — the gym is excellent, the clubhouse and game room are beautiful, and maintenance is quick. However, the overall living experience didn’t match the high rent. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything your neighbors are doing, which gets annoying fast. Parking is another big problem — limited spaces, long walks in winter, and the overflow lot has no lighting or cameras. Don’t waste your time here. They will lie straight to your face. Plenty of newer, better options nearby that are worth your money
