I do not recommend this place at all. New management had changed a lot of things and unfortunately are not helpful. Hours are not correct either so don’t even bother to stop by the office because the manager will never be there or the doors will still be closed. Please save your time and money and go to The Quinn or Verdian next door.
Update** 1 month on the broken elevator without any progress, also good luck making a positive talk with property manager Jake who is pretty rude and making excuses with his own experiences in “downtown”. At first everything was great, management was taking care of whatever needed, then the management has changed recently. Same upsetting story like everywhere. PLEASE do not move here. New management in place and nothing seems to get repaired anymore theres also some sketchy people walking around lately and I don't feel safe. Why is eleavtor still out after a month :/ :(
Newly changed management and broken elevator for last 5 weeks with no schedule to repair. Ongoing construction all summer. Would recommend The Quin next door instead.
