Pretty bad, paper thin walls/floors, you will be constantly getting woken up if you have someone living above you. This really affects your quality of life. It is also marketed as a "luxury" apartment but the units are mostly outdated. Popcorn ceilings, no water dispensed from the refrigerator (brita needed), outdated countertops and my unit's tub/shower was held together by 4 layers of caulk.
