Great service Nelly was amazing very accommodating since I drove 4 and a half hours. The truck I bought was covered in dust and a wiper was broken had 50 miles worth of fuel in it and inside missing 4 access panel covers (small plastic pieces on grab handles) but overall I would recommend them they work with you and are fair the gas I get with prices like they are but vehicle prices are fair and they do a great job on repairs.
I had a very good experience with North 61. Nelly was responsive and good to work with. I also interacted with Jeff and Rich and had a pleasant experience. I think I got a fair deal with my purchase and I would deal with North 61 Auto Sales again.
This is a great place to shop for a reasonably priced used car. I needed something to get me to work and someone I used to work with recommended this place. I got a little Hyundai stick shift in January 2021 the old girl is still running! She's had some work done, of course, as you'd expect with what was at the time a 16 year old car with high mileage. I always wanted a sunroof. I needed a reliable vehicle for my adult disabled Son and I got a nice black Tuscon here. It's been 3 months, no issues so far. I am very grateful, buying used cars involves risk, I always get a clunker. Not this time!! Thanks, my family will return.
Went there to test drive a car, I liked it and wanted to buy it, but the headlights and brakes weren't working properly so they said they would take care of it and let me know when. I called them back a few days later and the guy said he was just waiting on some parts. I was very clear the whole time that I was very interested in buying it. Now today when I call to see what the deal is because I hadn't heard anything back, they tell me they sold it to someone else.
