I find it frustrating when you wait long after your appointment time to be asked 3 times what your name is and be told you don’t have an appointment. The long weekend they had temps in who were 1.5 hours behind schedule ,couldn’t find correct supplies from a room stacked up in cartons. I was given substitute supplies ,which was for convience of staff not my benefit. Why would you bring in temps and not at least stock up supplies in each treatment room? The nurse did book today at 9.00 but apparently wasnt trained to enter it... read more
