As soon as I hired North 40 Real Estate, I knew it was a mistake. The agent and broker are related although they tried for some reason to hide the fact. I was forced to seek out appropriate homes myself, although I thought that is part of the service they were to provide. My mistake. Our realtor, I felt was too inexperienced for our needs, and tried to be nice in firing her. Another mistake.
