What an awesome facility! Clean, organized, easy to rent!
I have been renting for a few months. An issue came up after an important email regarding insurance went to my junk email that I missed. I called the owner and she was understanding of the situation and helped sort out the problem. Very professional and responsive when I called.
The storage units themselves are okay, but dealing with the management is impossible, because there is NO way to communicate with the owner/management! When you call, no one ever answers! They ask you to leave a message, but the mailbox is full (every single time!). When you write them through the contact form on their website, you will never receive an answer or acknowledgement! I would not use them for business, if they do not value their customers, or bother to even answer inquiries.
Horrible communication.
