Used the storage unit for several Months, no issue. But come time I wanted to "move out" of the unit, it wouldn't let me do it online, I call a bunch of times no one answers, can't leave a voice mail since the mailbox is full, so I tried texting them like it says to do when you call, no reply. I use the "contact us" on their website no response. Then I start getting automated emails for "payment due" on a storage unit I have been trying to close out for weeks. I highly recommend this business. When I first contacted Laura, I was in a hurry to find storage, but Laura was very professional. She took the time to explain the available rental options. She returned my calls and texts promptly. The storage unit was in good shape and conveniently located. And, even though I needed only a short-term rental, Laura was helpful and pleasant. If I need storage again, I will definitely rent from North 30th Storage.

I had purchased a storage unit but then decided I wouldn't need it. I never even opened that unit. I had spoke with the owner and she said she would give me a full refund since I had not even used it and it was the next day that I called. It's now been weeks and she won't return my calls about the refund. Definitely don't recommend
