I tried to call multiple times this evening, I understand it’s a busy Friday night, but picking up the phone and hanging up on multiple occasions is really unacceptable. I don’t understand the difficulty of answering and telling a guest that there is a long wait time, especially when you can hear the hostess/greeters talking on the other end.
