I have waited a full month to write this review so I could give a complete account of the Discseel procedure. I’m an active 44yo female and two torn discs were forcing me to interrupt training and progressing. Dr Ghalambor discussed with me the option of sealing the discs using this new procedure. I did not want surgery, so this was a less invasive option. I’m elated to say I have zero pain. I’m in the middle of training for an Ironman. I PR’d my half marathon today, and I feel fantastic! Nortex is fantastic! Dr. G is amazing and really takes the time to explain what’s going on and all the options available. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always makes you feel welcome. I’ve never had to wait, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend this office for great care and great service
Dr. G was dismissive of my issue and I did not feel heard. I did not get assessed for the issue I came into the office for. He gave me very little of his time and suggested I get an opinion from another doctor when I could tell he wanted the conversation to be over. We talked for maybe 10 minutes. Front desk staff was checking me in/taking my payment and another patient walks in and gets between me and the front desk and the worker completely started ignoring me for this other patient who was in the wrong office.
