I wish I could give more than five stars! I have had very positive experiences with Nortex. The staff are polite, professional, comprehensive and caring. Each provider (and the staff) have taken the time to listen to my concerns with patience, understanding and skill. This level of attention and genuine care for patients is very rare these days. I highly recommend!
I receive Ketamine treatments for depression and anxiety and it has done wonders. Grace and Brittany are so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The treatment room is so clean and relaxing in the recliner. They even have blankets for additional coziness. You won’t get any better care than from Nortex Psychiatry TMS and Ketamine!
Grace and Brittany are the best!!! Always super helpful, listen, and truly care for their patients. Grace is always so welcoming and on top of her stuff for the front. Brittany is super personable, is a great educator for her patients, and embodies all of the characteristics of a great provider. 10/10 recommend.
