Took my girl to get her hair done by Bernie. She is super happy and so am I :)
No idea about the quality of their work but I can tell you about the customer service. Horrible! Walked in to see about purchasing services for my wife's 40th birthday. Too long to list all of the unfriendly and unprofessional moments during my short visit. Needless to say, I left without purchasing a single service. Instead, I went to Paradise Med Spa, had an amazing customer service experience and purchased 450 dollars worth of services from them.

KIMBERLY at Norterra is AWFUL! She knows NOTHING of customer service and doesn't seem to realize that a good, sucessful hair style is a combined effort with both the stylist AND client. Hairstylists have to LISTEN to the client which she refused to do. She is one of those "know it alls" although if her own dress and hair is ANY indication, she knows NOTHING. HORRIBLE experience! Kimberly is the WORST! I left in tears. During the consult with her, she. told me what that what I wanted was" impossible to do" and made me feel like a freak. She then said she didn't "feel comfortable doing my hair." I then asked her about the cut and she rudely asked what I wanted. I told her a trim w some layers and then she walked away to the front where the manager was standing.
