Doctors are very nice and patient!
I took my children to the office for new patient visits and the whole team was great from front office staff to the back! My kids are extremely excited to return. I highly recommend them!
The staff at norterra kids are amazing! They treat each child like it was their own! I would recommend all my family to go here!!
If you have a kid that has any kind of special needs do not come here. The dental assistants do not know how to work with kids. Our child doesn’t like the dentist and immediately started crying. She just stood there and watched and didn’t try to help nor did she have the room ready for X-rays. After 5 minutes of screaming, and taking her time grabbing the things that should have been prepped, she said “maybe I should grab someone else to help” YEAH girl…maybe that would be helpful?! Dentist agreed to drain an abscess cause pain from pressure, front desk manager said was not covered under insurance. Call insurance they confirmed it was covered, at which point they said they weren’t experienced doing the simple procedure and didn’t want to do anymore after making my kid wait long time in pain. Front desk manager was very rude, condescending with no compassion. She’s not fit for her job. Find a better dentist for your kids.
