Consumer Care department is Horrible. I'm very disappointed with this Company. I had a service tech at my home again (5th tech) (from 11/01/2024 through 11/14/2024) and he said your Nortek never responded back to him about my problem, then I had a friend of mine who is a HAVC guy that lives in another state and ask him to contact the Consumer care tech team.
