The service is great and the team does a solid job, but the recent charges don’t seem fair. I feel like I’ve been overcharged, and there’s no clear explanation for it. I still value the service, but the billing needs to be more transparent and reasonable.
Annual backflow testing service is great and we use them yearly.
The driver of a van almost ran me and my family off the road. He cut into my lane with out signaling and i had to hit the shoulder on the Henday traveling at 100km/hr.
We have had a mysterious (intermittent) issue with our NEST thermostat for a long time and today Ryan found out what was wrong and fixed it. He carefully explained the problem and what he did to solve it. Honestly as a layperson much of what he said went over my head but the important thing is he knew exactly what to do. In the process he gave us a bunch of tips on the NEST and furnace operation and swapped the furnace filter because it was getting dirty. And he's friendly too!
