Annual backflow testing service is great and we use them yearly.
The driver of a van almost ran me and my family off the road. He cut into my lane with out signaling and i had to hit the shoulder on the Henday traveling at 100km/hr.
We have had a mysterious (intermittent) issue with our NEST thermostat for a long time and today Ryan found out what was wrong and fixed it. He carefully explained the problem and what he did to solve it. Honestly as a layperson much of what he said went over my head but the important thing is he knew exactly what to do. In the process he gave us a bunch of tips on the NEST and furnace operation and swapped the furnace filter because it was getting dirty. And he's friendly too! Just hire these guys already. Nortec has taken care of our heating needs for years and have always treated us very well. We trust them.
I’ve stuck with Nortec since 2008, they are dependable and fair with the price. Some jobs have been emergencies, others have been proactive maintenance. I always try to do some initial troubleshooting and take photos to help define the scope of work and expectations. I ask for Jesse and he always helps me out.
