Chase and the entire Norstar team are wonderful! I had to reschedule a couple of times and they never got frustrated with my scheduling issues. Chase showed up on time and worked efficiently for his allotted time. He even took extra time to try and help with a thermostat rebooting issue. I appreciated his expertise and insight into our heat system. Our system needs a little more maintenance than usual and the estimate was to me within hours of Chase leaving our house!
