Chase is very pleasant, professional, and very capable. I cannot express how pleased we are with his service and Norstar.
Brian came over to fix a variety of things for me including servicing my hot water on demand which had stopped working (it’s 23 years old). He was able to get it working again much to our appreciation. He also serviced my guardian heat exchanger, and troubleshooted the mini split heat pump system. He was the best.
