Scott is awesome! He has worked on our garage door three times since we bought our house in 2006. The best repairman I have met.
This was such an awesome experience. I had been having trouble with my garage door. Scott walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone and I thought it was resolved, but the problems resurfaced later that afternoon. Scott came out early the next morning and was able to immediately identify the issue, explain it to me, and replace the problem part. Friendly service on the phone, prompt and friendly at my home. Scott had my springs and cables replaced for a reasonable price, within 3 hours of making the initial call. A+
Because of another review on here, I called this company when we were having trouble with our garage door. The garage door was coming apart, but Scott managed to fix it and for a very reasonable price. He came out right away and I was very happy we chose to call him. We definitely recommend Scott to others. Updated to add we had to call Scott again last summer when one of the springs on our garage door broke. AMAZING service. They were highly recommended by my neighbor. Scott came out promptly and fixed my garage door's broken spring. He also gave me a new keyless entry cover (mine was broken) AND lubed the whole garage door system for free!! They were the least expensive and the best service. It is just one couple operating the business and they truly care about your situation. I highly recommend Norseman Door.
