Would do -5 if I could. Never expect service on their own product if needed. I need a simple code read on a remote & have been waiting 3+ weeks. Once they sell you a product, expect to be treated like dirt. Service department is extremely arrogant and has no cares about your business. They are very proud to tell you they are the only approved FASSI dealer in northern Alberta & was told “good luck finding an outside solution”. Beyond disappointed in the service they provide.
I have ordered through Strongco more than a dozen times now and they deliver excellent service each time! Their parts people, specifically Darrin Meyer, are/is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to getting you the correct part(s) for your machine. Keep up the good work, folks!
