RecommendedExcellent patient attention and care
Dr. Zavala provided exactly what I was looking for when I finally decided to get my much needed hearing aids 5 years ago. First of all, he listened to my needs and did not try to oversell me. He always takes time to carefully check and maintain the devices when I go there. I now live 2 1/2 hours away and still see him as my audiologist. And, by the way, he happens to be a really good person!
He is very professional, you never feel rushed, the first doctor to clean my hearing aids at every 6-months visit, always seems concerned to help if there are any problems.
I have been going to Norriton Hearing Center for several years and find Dr Zavala to be kind and very professional. He takes the time that is needed to answer questions and ensure my hearing aids are fitted correctly and are comfortable. He is adept at cleaning the hearing aids and changing parts when needed. It is easy to get an appointment with him and he has adjusted the programs on my hearing aids when we feel it would be beneficial.
Norriton Hearing is all about personal attention. (Important disclosure: Jorge Zavala is my son.). Jorge fit me with Resound Linx hearing aids which I love and wear nonstop.
Dr. Zavala brought my mother’s hearing aids back to mint condition. He is a miracle worker. Dr. Zavala treats his patients with kindness and dignity. My family is delighted to have found him so close to our parents’ home, however, I would travel a distance if necessary to be in his care.
Dr. Zavala is amazing! My hearing aids are well beyond their average life span. I purchased them from another provider long before our son recommended Dr. Zavala. He checks and cleans my old aids every 6 months at no cost to me. How generous and kind of him!!
Great experience. Will continue to be my first choice . Pleasant atmosphere.
