I have been a patient with Norristown Family Physicians for 30 years. I called today to make an appointment. I was told that because I have not been there in a few years, I am now considered a new patient and they could not get an appointment until JUNE! So I am sick and unable to see my doctor. This is absolutely unacceptable. And the only explanation that the person on the phone continued to give me was, "it was their policy." So now after 30 years with this practice, my family and I will be looking for a new family physic... read more

Kevin Melnick is the best he cares about his patients like they r his family but sure over booked at all times and not his fault it's insurance today !!!!!!!!
