Very happy with their service, professionalism, and honesty. A very friendly employee named Jonathan came by today and helped me understand so much about maintaining my pool. Unlike another company in the area who's service I had turned down, he did not make me feel stupid for asking a lot of questions. He also did not try to upsell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.
This company did not return calls for service after several calls.
I called Norris pools because I need help. Getting my pool back to normal, called add left a message. Call it again, left a message, no responce. They're not reliable. Never, ever will do business with them again.
