Rude reception at Norris – If the purpose of groupons is to introduce potential clients to service companies so that they might become long term clients, they also show potential clients where NOT TO GO for good service. Last week I made an appointment with Norris of Houston for a facial and massage for Tuesday at 10:15am. I had a groupon for the facial portion of the visit. Donna is a great makeup artist! – Thanks Donna for the valuable makeup lesson you gave me. I feel so good knowing what I'm doing with makeup and what colors are right for me. I learned that what you use to apply your makeup, (sponges, brushes) and techniques you use to correct mistakes, really makes a difference. Next time you want an amazing cut, go to Sy at Norris. This is by far the best cut I have ever received. I've gone to plenty of places like Norris and had far too many misses. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, but he refined it to perfectly fit the shape of my face. He recently moved here to Houston, and I hope he stays around!

Donna's Great Makeup – Donna Abate did my makeup and she did such a good job! It was the best makeup I have ever had done! I was very pleased with the results, and it looked the same after three hours of dancing and four hours of hanging out!

Exquisite massage by Glow!!! – I'm a full time student who works as a hairdresser 37 hours a week. Learn to Apply Makeup from a Pro! – Donna Abate is a genius. After one hour with this very special makeup artist....this 60+ year-old novice learned to use makeup for the first time in her life, and the results are stunning. With straightforward, simple instructions and affordable products....I am like a child with a new toy. The compliments are non-stop. Thank you Donna! Fabulous Massage with Glow – I recently had a massage with Glow and it was the best experience I have had at Norris of Houston. She was attentive, professional, and very personable. I haven't felt that relaxed in a VERY LONG time. I can't wait to go back for my next massage.

Excellent facial with Vilma – I constantly travel for business. I was recommended Vilma at Norris (by the hotel staff where I stayed). This was my first visit to Norris. I was blown away by the relaxing and refreshing facial Vilma gave me. I was stressed and she was able to relieve that and much more. I was impressed by her and sincerely enjoyed every minute of the facial. I will definitely come back to see Vilma every time I'm in Houston!

Great service by Kimberly Steffen – Kimberly is the hair stylest I use at Norris of Houston. I have recently switched to her after using my previous hair dresser for over 10 years. Kim knows exaclty what I want and always goes over and beyond to make me happy. She is very friendly and spends extra time working with your color and style that best suits you. I would reccomend her to anyone who is looking for exceptional work!! You will so happy with your hair after using Kim!!
