Massage Therapy – After hearing about getting a massage for years & seeing what appeared to be a wonderful experience on television, I tried it for the first time this week end. All it Takes is One – I had had good a experience for quite a while doing my highlights at Norris. But for some reason one day the hair stylist decided that I was part of the Adams Family and made me look like a blond Morticia. So I could no longer pay $240 for highlights.
Finally found my esthician at Norris!! – I'm Vilma's client from the previous spa she worked at. I was ecstatic to find her at Norris. She makes my skin feel clean, refreshed and rejuvinated. There aren't many estheticians that do thorough concise extractions. Sure, its not the most comfortable but the results are tremendous. My skin is oily and occasionally I get acne. She knows exactly what my skin needs because the very next day things have cleared and my skin appears flawless. I will follow Vilma anywhere!
The BEST salon and day spa in Houston! – I've been going to Norris of Houston since I had braces on my teeth, which was over 30 years ago. The staff has always been friendly, professional and are the best at what they do. I wouldn't trust what little hair I have left on my head to anyone but Debbie, and Maye makes my nails sparkle just enough so they still look like they belong on a guy's hands. Norris is the Best! – I have been a customer of Norris of Houston for over 20 years and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is very professional, efficient and always ready to help you with a cheery smile, a drink or whatever you need to lift your mood. My hair stylist is Debbie and I do agree that NOBODY knows hair color better. My hair is very fine and I always feel like she has added hair to my head as it always looks great and feels great! Excellent Customer Service – I have been a customer of Norris of Houston for the past seventeen years and have witnessed it grow from a small "barber-shop" business to a full service salon. While it is Debbie who keeps me coming back, due to the fact that NOBODY knows hair color better, I have enjoyed many of the other services provided -- manicures/pedicures, facials, etc. From the front desk to the shampoo center, you could not ask for better customer service. Great Hair Style and Cut – I read reviews about Sy on citysearch and am pleased to add my own! He was very knowledgable on hair shapes and he was honest with what style and shape would work best on me. I love the cut and he let me know what he will do next time when it grows. He was friendly and a reasonably priced! I will definitely be going back to Sy!
FANTASTIC – I have been a customer of Donna Abate for over 7 years now and I think she is the best Make-Up artist in Houston! Brilliant Massage with Glow – I recently visited Norris for the first time and received a massage from Glow. I am a bit of a spa novice, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and invited from check-in to check-out. The receptionists in particular were quick to acknowledge me and make me feel welcome. The customer service was top notch and very professional.
