Very nice place to live.
Lots of mental health issues here, don't walk halls in the evenings especially alone. Halls & elevator stinks and Some residents with poor hygiene so bad you can almost puke.
Most of the residents are very friendly, but the maintenance man is very rude and predatory. He also likes to scream and is extremely combative disrespectful and angry. He has knocked on my door without a notice several times because he needed to “take the AC cover off quickly” or fix this or measure that WITHOUT a notice and was enraged when asked for a notice. He even came back a few days later asking to be let in and I told him that he needed a notice and he said he had it with him even though legally, the resident needs ... read more
