We have been doing business with Norris Heating and AC for 30+ years. They always give quick, excellent service. We like the affordable yearly service agreement. We recently had a complete breakdown of our heating unit on a Saturday during a severe winter storm event. They arrived within 1 hr and assessed the situation. We were doing a complete renovation on an old house, and needed an entirely new system. They did not return any of my calls. I'm not sure how they decide who gets a return call and who doesn't, as I'm not the only one to complain about their lack of response. We've tried to shop local, but when companies don't respond, we're forced to spend money outside of town (in this case, THOUSANDS of dollars to a company 25 miles away).
