My AC stopped working in the midst of the hottest week of the year. Ty Norris came earlier than scheduled, found the problem in my system within an hour, and stayed at my home until he could verify the system was again cooling. He also asked me to notify him the next day, to make sure everything was cooling well. A job well done!!

Ty Norris is truly one of the kindest, most hardworking people! We were so lucky to find him. He visits our house every spring/fall to do maintenance checks and is also there the second we need him. Our AC has given us problems after a power surge, and Ty was there the next morning at 8 AM to fix it. Highly recommend him!
