I moved into Norris Garden Apartments in 2017, loved everything about my apartment and the community... but approximately eight months after I moved in a neighbor begin harassing/stalking me...that went on for over five years, after repeated complaints to management and police, (I didn't have proof, but I knew who it was and I think they did too) I did the only thing I knew to do and that was to move, that was in 2023...I miss the apartment and area so much - what's sad is he had harassed someone else in the apartment comple... read more
