I recently had a viewing for my dad there (Jose Garcia) I just have to give a huge shout out to Nichole! She seriously helped us so much from planning his services to the day of his funeral. She was amazing, she helped us with anything we needed. She made my dad’s funeral feel stress free. Every single one of my family members were very pleased with how helpful she was. Brian Moss is a horrible person to work with. We explained that we need a space for a memorial service for our 9 month old and it needed to accommodate at least 100 people. He told us they could, and if more space was needed they could open up the back area even more so. This was a lie. There were a ton of people standing and all the chairs were taken, so we asked them to bring out more chairs, but we’ were told that’s all they had. They state they open 24 hrs but when we tried they was rude and disrespectful. I’m thinking they will show concern or condolences but was very rude. Never cared about our loss just mad us feel so violated
