I can’t say enough good things about David Norris and Norris Equipment. I had an intermittent issue with my Grasshopper that had been extremely difficult to diagnose. David stuck with it until he found the problem and then went above and beyond to make sure it was truly fixed, including running the mower for several hours himself before returning it to me.
