Jeremy just did service on our Generac. Very polite friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the condition of our unit and answered any questions I had completely. Highly recommend Norris Electric for both installation and maintenance!
Great Company, I highly recommend them for your generator/service needs.
Absolute 0. I watched their tech brake a piece in my generator electrical panel and they never came out to fix it. I called again and rude Marsha said the tech didn't break it add they won't be coming out. My generator hasn't worked since they were out here and over charged me for things they didn't do. Make sure you get a written work order before they leave your house or the bill they send weeks later will be inflated.
